Palazzo Branda Castiglioni, collection of paintings, Castiglione Olona (Varese)
Facing it, is Palazzo Branda Castiglioni, made up of two distinct bodies, one dating back to the XIV century and the other to the XV, with subsequent extensions; its halls are adorned with valuable 1400 frescoes of the Lombard and Tuscan school.
Its most important rooms are the “S. Martino” Cardinal Chapel, the Quadreria and the Cardinal’s chamber and study.
